Rodgers has made the 21-year-old Schalke player his main defensive target, having cooled on Ashley Williams at his former club Swansea City, and Liverpool may have to pay over £12m to land the coveted centre-back. Na schaun ma mal was Schalke jetzt macht und ob da noch demnächst was an Konkurrenz auftaucht. Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass das (falls überhaupt) bald mal passiert.

Aspas spielt gerade und hat irgendeine Klausel, weswegen er billiger wäre, wenn sie heute absteigen.

Bin allerdings auch der Meinung, dass man Mkhitaryan nur durch einen Luis-Verkauf realisieren kann. Die Frage ist, ob man ihn dann noch 1 zu 1 ersetzen will, oder Sturridge in die Spitze zieht, dann stellt sich die Frage, wer über rechts kommen soll. Downing? Hat sich zwar unter Rodgers stark gebessert, allerdings braucht es da mehr, jedenfalls für die Ansprüche, die der Verein in Zukunft stellen wird. Allerdings scheint der Aspas-Deal so gut wie fix.
Der Aspas Deal sieht Fix aus was für mich für einen Verkauf von Luis spricht:
Aspas soll wohl vom Charakter her Luis entsprechen, er wird öfters als "Monster von Vigo" aber auch als "Messi von Vigo" bezeichnet. Er kann auf den selben Positionen wie Luis spielen und könnte bei dem Preis von 8,5~9,5Millionen zu einer Sensation werden.
Was Downing angeht, so glaube ich das er die Anfield Road im Sommer verlassen könnte, Rodgers is immer noch nicht überzeugt von Downing. Ich könnte mir gut vorstellen das in diesem Sommer letztlich Tom Ince zurückgeholt wird, er soll sich über seine Zukunft laut espn noch nicht im klaren sein und überlegt im Sommer ob er bleibt oder zu Liverpool wechselt (siehe Quelle).

IVAN RAKITIC admits he would be interested in a move to Liverpool.
The Croatia international has told Sevilla they must bolster their squad this summer to have any chance of keeping hold of him.
And Brendan Rodgers is thought to be weighing up a bid to bring the unsettled midfielder to Anfield.
Rakitic, 25, said: “I’m really flattered that I’m being linked with such a big club like Liverpool.
“I heard that something is happening, but for now there is no concrete offer.
“My brother, who is taking care of my career, is doing all the business about my future.
“I will only stay at Sevilla if they will strengthen the team.
“I made it quite clear about that and they know that they have to buy some good players.”
Seit etwas mehr als einer Woche, lese ich immer wieder Geruechte, dass sich Liverpool um Ivan Rakitic bemueht. In dieser Quelle steht, dass Rakitic nur gehen werde, wenn sich FC Sevilla nicht gross verstaerken werde nach den Abgaengen u.a. Navas. Der FC Liverpool steht laut der englischen Tageszeitung „Mirror“ unmittelbar vor einer Verpflichtung von Henrikh Mkhitaryan (Foto). Wie das Blatt zu berichten weiß, soll der offensive Mittelfeldspieler von Shakhtar Donetsk noch in dieser Woche zur medizinischen Untersuchung nach Liverpool reisen.
Interessanter Mann, den ihr da erwartet! Und eine beeindruckende Statistik für einen 10er/S2... Kostet zwar nen Batzen Kohle, aber ich fande ihn schon in der laufenden Saison interessant...
