Tottenham have made a £5million offer for RNK Split striker Ante Rebic.

The 19-year-old Croatia U21 international has attracted interest from Parma also but Tottenham are favourites with the player keen to come to England.

Rebic is primarily a centre forward but can play across the frontline. He is a powerful runner and has scored 10 goals in 27 games this season.

Reports in Croatia today claim Tottenham are closing in on their first summer transfer: NK Split’s 19-year-old striker Ante Rebic for 6 million euros.

Spurs have reportedly made their bid after tracking the young forward for some time and the north London side look set to beat off competition from Parma for Rebic.

Parma offered 2.5 million euros but Spurs have made a breakthrough in the last few days for a player that has also been linked to Bayern Munich and AC Milan.

Rebic has emerged into the NK Split side over the past few seasons and truly made his breakthrough in 2013/2014.

The seemingly Spurs-bound forward has scored 10 goals in 24 appearances this season for a side third in the Croatia top division – currently two points ahead of their more famous local rivals Hajduk Split.

Rebic, 19, is considered a strong striker who can score as well as provide goals. Video footage below.

With Tottenham struggling for goals from the likes of Emmanuel Adebayor and Jermain Defoe this season, it seems likely Andre Villas-Boas will be beefing up his striking options this summer.

With Madrid lining up a £50m bid, Gareth Bale has told Tottenham he wants a whopping £200,000 a week to stay after their failure to qualify for the Champions League. Luckily Spurs are going to free up some cash by selling Emmanuel Adebayor, Jermain Defoe and Clint Dempsey, with Christian Benteke, Lisandro López and David Villa all catching André Villas-Boas's roving eye.
Ulkiges Szenario.

One of the greatest players in Real Madrid’s star-studded history has been tasked with bringing the Premier League’s star to the Bernabeu this summer.
Zinedine Zidane has been given the job of luring Tottenham’s Gareth Bale to the Spanish capital, even if it costs £65million.

Unfassbar :ugly

Atsu said:

"I spoke with the FC Porto directors before joining up with the national team and informed them that I will not be signing a new contract.

"Hopefully we can find a solution as soon as possible," added the winger.

"My dream was always to play in England, and it is very nice to see my name associated with big clubs in the Premier League.

"For now, I'm focused on the international games but I see my future in England.

"I hope to have more news soon."

Tottenham Hotspur coach Tim Sherwood is 'one million per cent' confident that Gareth Bale will remain at White Hart Lane.

The Wales international saw his performances in 2012/13 land him in the PFA Player of the Year award, with a number of talismanic displays taking Spurs agonisingly close to a top-four finish and UEFA Champions League football.

Unsurprisingly, Bale's exploits have drawn admiring glances from afar - with Real Madrid reported to be leading a £60million hunt for his signature.

Spurs maintain that the 23-year-old is not for sale, and Sherwood is convinced that Bale is happy to remain with his current employers for the foreseeable future.

"I don't see him banging the door down trying to get a move. I believe one million per cent he will stay."
Tim Sherwood
He told the Daily Star Sunday: "Gareth's fantastically happy at Tottenham.

"I see him around the training ground every day. He's got a good relationship with the manager and loves his team-mates. They show him the respect that he deserves and he gives it back to them.

"I don't see him banging the door down trying to get a move. I believe one million per cent he will stay.

"There will be a lot of clubs wanting to take Gareth but he's 23 and has good advisors.

"There's a time for him to go overseas or to another Premier League club but I think he needs to stay here."
Yauza.

TOTTENHAM are planning a surprise £4 million summer move for Manchester City’s England midfielder Gareth Barry to replace Scott Parker.

Express und Sun berichten, dass Tottenham Barry für 4-5 Mio. € verpflichten will.

32 Jahre alt... Dazu verdient er bestimmt ziemlich gut.

Naja halte ich einfach nix von.

The player is not going to adopt any measure to pressure his current club Tottenham to sell him; rather he is hopeful the meeting between Daniel Levy and Florentino Pérez will be resolved with an agreement over his transfer, despite the fact that Tottenham coach Andre Villas-Boas is not happy at losing his star player.
Naja, bei dem Geld was man da kriegen würde.

"It's not true about Real Madrid, the only offer that has come is from Tottenham," Paulinho told Terra. "But I have already said that I will only evaluate it after the Confederations Cup."
das klingt ja recht gut.
