Bayern are set to reach verbal agreement on personal terms with Gravenberch on a five year contract while they're working to complete the deal with Ajax, still discussing about the fee.

Mazraoui is also close to join Bayern. Raiola is on it as agent of both players.

Gravenberch only wants to go to Bayern & believes the €23m offer is a great price for someone with one year left on his contract. If Ajax reject the offer, there's a big chance Gravenberch would go into the last year of his contact and leave on a free in 2023 [@MikeVerweij]

If Ajax do not lower their asking price for Gravenberch (€30m), he's likely to stay next season and leave on a free. Bayern made a 'take it or leave it' offer of €23m in total. The player still only wants Bayern, although other clubs would like to sign him

Despite the advanced talks between Bayern Munich and Ryan Gravenberch's entourage, Manchester United would like to try until the end for the Ajax midfielder.
