I will try to rate all in these few days. For the first time in a while, while market values are still slightly undervalued in my opinion, they are +- what they should be already in my opinion and after the fall we can expect bigger changes. I would like to credit for this Noah, who look like they may go the Ludogorets/BATE Borisov route - not only the sporting performance (domestic domination, regular European competition presence) but also strategy, infrastructure, PR work and professionalism 😁

This team is so poor and backyard level in every aspect (1 win for the season) that I won’t even bother giving ratings

For the first time ever, we saw a good and competitive game from the club mainly featuring u23 armenians. This time even BKMA 2 finished first in the second tier.
Definitely some future Armenia NT players there and my prediction is at least 4-5 of these guys are gonna play in top 25-30 leagues in 1-2 years.

Arayik Eloyan 200k - 300k ✅ (Currently the best Armenian Centre Forward, 21 , 10G + 5A and did so against Noah, Ararat Armenia and Pyunik where national team captain couldn’t do anything against him, the APL top goalscorer amongst Armenians, already got a call up to national team, will probably debut during the friendlies, best armenian attacker and overall attacker this season outside top 4, let’s hope he learns from Levon Vardanyan mistake and goes to a foreign club this summer)

Pyunik

After the new takeover, the loss of Henry Avagyan and the arrival of national team captain Varazdat Haroyan who has a dramatic downfall the last few years , the strong Pyunik turned into a discount Armenian Man United.

Melikyan’s coaching and dramatic promos could not save the team from a poor second part of the season as they almost missed out on Europe and I don’t think the powerhouse Pyunik will be in the top 4 next year.

Defenders making extreme individual mistakes, own goals, red cards, very aging squad, no armenians under 30 , the worst defence in the league if we exclude Gandzasar and West Armenia of which one is a semi pro team and the other folded and will probably play in second division next year. It’s shambles and just like I think players from other teams must be upgraded due to good individual performance combined with the league slightly adding in quality each year + younger and younger age of the players involved, here I think the players must be downgraded due to both sporting and age factors. I hope they bring some young reinforcements and at least make it to second/third round in Europe (Pyunik always do well in Europe the last few years and seem to routinely overcome teams from similar leagues for which they have earned a big fanbase by Armenian standards, that’s why I feel bad about this new direction) This year against Noah, AA, Urartu, Van they got 0 wins, 0 draws and 9 losses, scoring 7 and conceding 25

Stanislav Buchnev – 125k - 75k ❌ (One of the main reasons for Pyunik’s troubles, as expected, also Stas is turning 35)

Varazdat Haroyan – 600k - 400k ❌ (The national team captain has been the biggest disappointment of the season, both for Armenia and Pyunik, in national team he was underperforming since the great match against Pyunik, constantly making big mistakes and not showing leadership on the pitch, blaming it on young defenders like Georgi Harutyunyan who is now doing great in Hungary and is already a much better player than Haroyan during his prime, a big liability on the pitch, he was poor against Georgia and one of the big reasons for our failure, got schooled by Arayik Eloyan, Bruno Michel, Nicholas Kaloukian, basically seems to have lost all defending skills he had, big liability for any professional football club at the moment and far below even Armenia Top 5 level) I really respect Vato but I think he is finished for international football

Temur Dzhikiya – 225k - 200k ❌ (6g 2a in the cup keep him from a bigger downgrade)

Serges Déblé – 175k (such a good player at 35, don’t know how he didn’t play in bigger clubs, would propose a small upgrade to 200k but age probably won’t allow it)

Ararat Armenia
AA are stable since 2018, this year they did well in Europe and would’ve went to play-offs if it was not an unfaird red card and the goalkeeper Kucher’s unlucky game.

Really professional club with very good Armenian players and really high-class leggionaires. They couldn’t reach Noah’s level but after last year’s bronze medal and cup win, this year they win the silver medal + supercup + cup final. This is a club that always challenges for trophies and does well in Europe. They have a beautiful, modern European play-style and a good coach + staff along with a very good collective squad and are better than foreign clubs with higher budget. I hope they keep the core in the squad and maybe bring 1-2 quality reinforcements and the minimum goal is Conference League play-offs, but I can see them doing a Noah type of run and pass the league stage if they don’t face a Lazio or a Chelsea haha. They would’ve won the league any other year and been undefeated 3-4 years ago with this team, which shows the league’s growth from an almost amateur league to a below average league with a strong upper half and weak lower half. Ararat Armenia is sporting wise better than clubs like Botev Plovdiv or Riga FC which are valued higher in my opinion.

Henri Avagyan – 175k - 250k ✅ (If we exclude the cup final, the best goalkeeper in Armenia this season, you can see Pyunik without him and Ararat Armenia without him and make the difference, will probably start for Armenia as Ognjen is injured and projected to be the future no1 at least until someone from the u-23 keepers shows a bit more)

Tenton Yenne – 600k - 1 Million ✅ (Just like Shaghoyan but he has been like that for 3 full seasons, 45 goals + 25 assists for three seasons and always improves, 500-600k was rejected last summer, maybe the league MVP, just a brilliant player for this level and I’m confident he can become a star player in Belgium/Netherlands as well, also 7g +1a in league this year, don’t forget the league has grown as well and similar players in similar leagues are easily worth million or more)
Zhirayr Shagho­yan – 250k - 500k ✅ (in my opinion the best Armenian homegrown talent in the last 10+ years, lack of gametime hindered his growth, he was not used in CSKA properly even tho the fans liked him and he was always good individually, but the whole team had a different playstyle and didn’t understand his vision, about Debrecen he was not given any game time and then his old CSKA coach came there that’s why he went back to AA, just watch his highlights to get what i mean, this guy was called up to NT even from second division, one of the fastest players in football, good dribbling, great non technique , eye for a goal, fan favourite, he just needs to not rush and have a good European run with AA and trust me this guy can get transferred straight to top 5 if his agents don’t botch this (he always has european interest but they need to be cautious with what club they choose), the Armenian player with highest ceiling after Spertsyan, joy to watch, got 5g + 2a + many pre assists in 10 games and in my opinion the best player in Armenia the second part of the season)
Jonathan Duarte – 250k
Marius Noubissi – 450k - 550k ✅ (15g + 2a, it’s clear that this is a player who came from good leagues and was considered a promising attacker as a youngster, rejuvenated his career and can be expected to transfer to a good league after a successful european campaign, just like Shaghoyan and Yenne, 9g +3a in the last 13 games btw with the cup included)
Mathew Gbo­madu – 200k - 250k ✅ (9g/a in under 500 minutes, only 20, long term player as he will play more after Yenne/Shaghoyan transfer out)

Noah FC

Here they come, after a European fairytale where they outclassed AEK , for all good and bad, they got experience and with all players being there for the first time and the coach, never has Armenia seen such a club, with such a fighting attacking mentality, such players, such coaching and pr staff, such motivation and domination, also the resources involved are big and expected to become bigger. Also, this is a long term project. They won the domestic double (and it was a walk in the park for them) + made it to Conference League where they did decent. Good thing is they use very healthy rotation, which is something most top European clubs do now (watch and learn Real Madrid)Minimum goal for next year is to get past Conference League Stage, but round of 16 or Europa League qualification are not unlikely. 90-19 goal difference in league btw. I think Noah is in a situation where this club’s players (and to extent Ararat Armenia) are much higher level than rest of the league and deserve higher valuation (for example like Riga FC/RFS in Latvia or Rangers + Celtic in Scotland)


Ognjen Cancarevic – 175k (Great keeper and Armenian football hero and legend, but his decline has started, he didnt play well in his last Armenia games and Conference League after their first win, for now the value must stay)
Aleksey Ploshchadnyi – 150k - 300k ✅ (Great young keeper and I even think is better than Cancarevic now, played 13 times in Armenia (13 wins and 11 clean sheets) and performed admirably in Conference League despite inexperience and losses)
Arthur Coneglian – 25k - 100k (Had a win against Zenit in friendlies and debuted with 2 clean sheets in the cup, one to watch for the future, maybe future Armenia N1)

Sergey Muradyan – 400k - 700k ✅ (20 years old with 40 appearances in this winning atmosphere, already an important player for Noah and for Armenia, it is rumoured that they rejected an offer from Lens during the winter for around 2 millions due to sporting and financial reasons, at only 20, Sergey while sometimes making mistakes has already gained experience and is a reliable tackler and attack stopper - having racked up 80 appearances for Noah and 8 caps for Armenia, never being the worst on the pitch for neither side, has generated a lot of transfer interest value deserves a huge and appropriate upgrade)
Gonçalo Silva – 225k - 250k ✅ (Deserves upgrade after a great season with important contributions)
Aleksandar Miljkovic – 150k (Solid veteran)
Gudmundur Thórarinsson – 300k (It’s clear that this guy can still play in strong Scandinavian/MLS clubs, when he got injured, Noah had huge problems in Europe, very important player)
James – 300k - 250k ❌ (Great player, but played much less than expected, it seems he was only bought in to weaken Pyunik and the mission was successful)
Marcos Pedro – 175k (one for the future, but rarely gets used in the rotation)
Bryan Mendoza – 250k - 200k ❌ (Good rotational player, but got no gametime the second part of the season)
Hovhannes Hambardzumyan – 225k - 250k (Deserves a symbolic upgrade as he was important all season and one of the few homegrown players who have ever reached even average international level, lots of goal contibutions as well, similar reasoning as with Goncalo Silva)✅
Artur Movsesyan – 10k - 100k ✅ (17 years old kid, managed to make 5 appearances from the bench this year)
Gustavo Sangaré – 700k - 600k ❌ (Played less in the second part of the season due to injury, and in Armenian league you have to play all games, or do an otherwordly contribution to keep such a value, otherwise an important player for Noah)
Yan Eteki – 700k (Imporant player for Noah)
Martin Gambos – 300k - 250k ❌ (Was an important player the summer, but got a bad injury and came back the last game for a cameo 💪)
Artak Dashyan – 150k (Armenian football legend and veteran, he is still good and was previously the league MVP for two full seasons, now used more as an exemplary experienced veteran , but he has still got it and doesn’t deserve a downgrade as he was very effective when he played and is still an important player for Armenia National Team)
Imran Oulad Omar – 800k - 700k ❌ (0 g/a in the league, but 2g 1a in the cup this year, had a small injury but still an important player for Noah and one of the biggest assets to transfer, a small downgrade may be correct, I’m sure he will get the value back by fall)
Gor Manvelyan – 350k - 600k ✅ (A very important player, young Armenian, national team player, major potential for a major transfer and got 3g 1a in the last 9 which he started all + started in the cup unless the final due to a very minor injury, already got a lot of experience from Nantes and a lot of matches for Noah who are serial winners + national team, still an emerging player)
Virgile Pinson – 350k - 600k ✅ (One of Noah’s best players, his number lie, this is a very high class player and didnt do well in previous clubs due to personal reasons, but in the right environment he thrives, in my opinion the best player in Noah and is consistently among the best performers, clutch player)
Bruno Almeida – 700k - 900k ✅ (Portuguese 2nd tier best player last season, but got a lack of game time this year, came to Noah and easily got 2g + 8a in the league and won everything, and all that with only 5 starts, + 2 goals in the cup, too good for this league like Helder and Gregorio)
Hélder Ferreira – 650k - 1 Million ✅ (Brilliant player, it’s clear he was a leading player in Portugal and Cyprus, don’t know how he even ended here, 26 g/a this season including 17 this year with a brace in the final, but the stats don’t do him justice, one of the best players in the league along with Greg, Almeida, Yenne, Pinson and Shaghoyan)
Eraldo Cinari – 600k - 800k ✅ (Despite mixed performances in Europe, the man has 26 g/a this season and is great for this level, 11 g/a this year in the league where he is a beast)
Artem Avanesyan – 200k (Unfortunately missed the second part due to injury, but was planned to feature prominently, a young player who always did good for this league and got an injury and now recovered, no need for downgrade)
Zaven Khudaverdyan – 25k - 250k ✅ (17 years old kid with 19 games and 2 goals in this winning atmosphere , including 5 starts)
Gonçalo Gregório – 500k - 1 Million ✅ (CR7’s discount Armenian version, the man has 35g/a this season despite missing some games, was the Qualifiers MVP and the league’s top goalscorer, the star of the team, scores for fun, I imagine some Asian/Greek sides will be cashing the upwards of a million for such a player, this serial winners’team’s biggest star…don’t know he’s at only 500k after such a strong first part)
Matheus Aiás – 400k - 600k ✅ (The Conference League Hero has always been good, no matter how much or where he plays, 400k is too low for a man with 25g/a this season and 4 goals in Conference League proper + the deciding goal to qualify, don’t forget he was once the Copa Del Rey Hero as well, important player, got 4+4 in his last 6 league games)
Grenik Petrosyan – 150k - 175k ✅ (Grenik still manages to get some minutes as a young Armenian reserve and had an assist in the cup final)

From the second division, I think
Hamlet Sargsyan deserves an upgrade from 75k to 150k
